Payments, Reservations, and Deposit
Reservations are first come first serve. Your date and tea items are not reserved until your deposit is made; we will then send you a confirmation e-mail to complete your reservation.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation and tea items. The remainder of your balance AND damage deposit is due at the time of delivery/pick up. Balance can be paid in cash or E-transfer.
$50 damage deposit is required for rental value of $100 and under.
$100 damage deposit is required for rental value of $100-$200.
$200 damage deposit is required for rental value of $200+
Chafing dish damage deposit is $ 20 per dish.
Your damage deposit will be returned to you once all items are inspected. We take photos of our inventory before we send them out to you and we need to ensure the items are returned in the same condition that you received them.
We require a minimum order of $ 30.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
You may cancel your reservation no later than 30 days prior to your event date for a full refund of your deposit.
No refunds are allowed after the 30 day deadline has passed.
Subject to availability, you may increase your quantity of items for rental up to 1 day before the event. Please note that decreases will NOT be accepted after the 14 business day deadline has passed
For last minute rental orders, please E-mail us to see if dates and tea items are available. In this case deposit is non-refundable.
Cleaning Instructions
All supplies will arrive to you cleaned, sanitized, and ready to use.
After your event, all tea wares must be rinsed with water and dried before being repacked into our containers provided at delivery.
DO NOT wash any items with soap or put any items into the dishwasher.
We use our special disinfecting process to safely and thoroughly deep clean all of our items.
We do note charge cleaning fee.
Delivery and Pick-Up fees
Delivery rate is dependent on the location, please contact us with your address so we can calculate the delivery cost.
Please note that pick-up is FREE.
We are located in South Burnaby.
Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items
The Renter is responsible for returning all delivered items in the same condition that they received them in. The retail value for any missing, broken, or damaged item(s) will be due immediately. We will send you all retail price list before your event.
Special containers and packaging are provided to ensure that you receive our tea ware in as near perfect condition. This assists with ensuring a safe delivery and return of items.
(ADDITIONAL) Information
All rental rates are scheduled for a 48-hour period starting from the time you receive your delivery. You will be required to pay 50% of your rental fee for each additional 24 hour period.
If you require a longer rental period, please contact us for rate information.
In the event that an item you reserve becomes unavailable due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will make every effort to substitute it for an item of equal or greater value. We will immediately communicate with you if this happens.
